Ok, we can make some Salted Almond Mexican hot chocolate and put the faux-turkey in. Depending on how quiet it is, I might go ahead and cook the corn pudding and sweet potatoes tonight, too. I just have a small toaster oven though, so it onky has room for me to cook one thing at a time. So, I'll play the other two side dishes by ear, but I'll put the tofurkey roast in now and heat up some Salted Almond Mexican hot chocolate with Almond Milk now, too. Xmas music to boot!
