Paul actually had a good idea that I picked up on: he said that if I were to start some of my cooking tonight, I might have to do less of it tomorrow in time for our meet time. Considering how active all three ne'erdowell neighbors have been, and considering the fact that my kitchen shares a wall with that Ghetto Lady (the very wall she bangs up against and throws furniture at), it might be a good idea if I split up the cooking between two nights so I'm assured less time in the kitchen near her activity and a better chance of being ready by 12midnight tomorrow night and can make use of the time-frame we're trying to utilize.
Jack and Eddie, I'm gonna spend a little time right now putting the faux-turkey in the oven and then, that way, tomorrow night, I can just heat it up with the sides!
Good thinking there, Paul! Thanks! ♡♡♡
