Kobe, Estrella nd Kristin

The Facebook argument itself, verbatim:

ESTRELLA:

I only attached that image [link] in case y'all forgot or DIDN'T KNOW... But never mind THAT.... A helicopter crashed with parents and children all of which perished. I know it's social media where you all can share your opinions, much like I'm doing now.... Your sentiments are as tragic as this incident.

SERAPHIME:

Only thing tragic is you hittin’ the floor after this retort….

Look, ass-kisser for the system, kneeling in blind support for the handsome trickery of chauvinism, this is NOT a welcome forum for you to attempt to make a laymen's courtroom out of the complex legal investigations of a sexual assault case. This is about creating a safe space for women and supportive men on MY feed to speak freely about sexual assault allegations without getting immediately criticized, bullied or threatened away from our plain language (reference https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/style/washington-post-suspends-reporter-who-tweeted-about-kobe-bryant-rape-allegations-following-his-death/2020/01/27/babe9c04-413b-11ea-b5fc-eefa848cde99_story.html); without getting forced to legitimize our feelings amongst a cesspool of derision online by women-hating men and women, like yourself, who rush to quash all discourse and examination simply born of an automatic allegiance with the female victim/accuser. Yes, I said it. I have an automatic allegiance with the female victim/accuser. Just as you have an automatic allegiance with a high status, wealthy, male. Well, that visible discomfort you display with the slightest of dialogue about sexual assault from frustrated women, sympathetic men, and the victims of sexual assault makes you an apologist for a system of potentially harmful, male oppressors, high-status ”heroes," and rape culture - be they privileged men, or so-called protected, marginalized men, or some combination thereof. Who cares what your identity assertion is in the face of free and open dialogue about sexual assault. I’m not impressed, swayed or shamed in the slightest by your entitled indifference toward rape, unmerited with well-reasoned righteousness. That Wikipedia article is rife with inconsistencies and omissions of facts, as was his defense, like how only the contents of her underwear are under scrutiny and NOT how unfortunate it is that female victims of sexual assault, out of shock and horror, often wait before agreeing to a medical examination, which ruefully can contaminate the evidence. This is what occurred in her case. How clear and cruel your tell is.

This asininity also demands a critical review: “I know it's social media where you all can share your opinions, much like I'm doing now.” Wrong. You, copping an ill-founded attitude on MY feed is not the same as my own expressions on MY own feed. My digital property. You’re trespassing on it. Now, go take that High School Girl bitchery somewhere else.

KRISTIN, MY IDIOT COUSIN

look I experienced assault but, I also know some horrible females that lie so, I don’t believe everyone that makes those claims. He did good for money he put out into foundations and community. No other women came forward to him being a rapist. He was an adulterer. I don’t hate men because of what I went through I use to. I now see ugliness and cruelty come in any gender, race, etc.

Everyone on that helicopter died a horrific death. My heart goes out to all of them. I followed up on that case and it showed that both “victim” and accused were caught in lies.
