Truth be told, I was looking for some good ole fashioned vegan Vanilla Bean ice cream to go with the Cherry Pie because that's what would taste best with Cherry IMO, but the " Halo Top" brand didn't have it in stock. If you guys go with a vegan Salted Caramel type flavor, I hope you won't mind it with Cherry Pie (if you're able to procure that flavor of pie - of course, I won't mind you grabbing whichever vegan pie type Whole Foods has on hand.) Or else, you're welcome to grab vegan Vanilla for yourself.
Anyway, I apologize for the strange taste pairing, it's just what I could find on hand. If you go with the two (cherry and salted caramel), hopefully, they'll be acceptably congruous for you. :-P I'm pretty sure I'll just scarf both down. :-P
